To be considered for participation in Operation Sight, an individual must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a resident of South Carolina
2. Have a cataract diagnosis causing a significant decrease in vision
3. Be between 18 - 63 years old
4. Do not have health insurance that would cover procedures provided by Operation Sight
